How to make a booking for an event:

1. Contact the organizer to book places

2. If there is a choice of menu make sure to put a NAME to EACH item for our table menu cards

4. Put your surname and the date of the event in the virement detail/information.

5. IF YOU HAVEN’T RECEIVED AN ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF YOUR BOOKING TWO DAYS AFTER THE CLOSING DATE CHECK WITH THE ORGANISER THAT YOU ARE BOOKED IN.

On Friday, 8 December, members came together for the Club’s annual Xmas lunch. We had originally booked to return to the same restaurant as last year, Le Rendez-Vous, but at the last minute they decreased the menu choices and increased the price. Fiona and Palle did a great job in quickly organising an alternative venue - Le Caveau 30. They made us feel welcome, the service was excellent as was the choice and quality of food. What could have been a disappointing experience was turned into a really enjoyable one. A big thank you to Palle and Fiona.
